Starting in 2003, Peggy provided engineering support for the entitlement of the 700-acre mixed-use redevelopment project, including code modification and coordination of consultants in developing the subdivision and site development regulations for the site. Once the PUD zoning was approved, she continued to work as project manager and then Team Lead for the development of construction plans for several subdivisions and site plans within the project. Jonathan worked on the project as project engineer and project manager.

Mueller is located on the site of the former Mueller Municipal Airport, and is a ±700 acre mixed use TND in-fill development in east Austin. Planned Unit Development zoning was put into place to allow the project to deliver alternate housing types within a walkable community. Water quality and detention are provided by three large wet ponds which serve as amenities for the community.
