Kitchen Table Civil Solutions

From the start of the project in 2012 Peggy acted as senior project manager overseeing the engineering development of the 200-acre single-family project. Kitchen Table is engaged to prepare and permit construction plans for the remaining area within the development.

Addison is a ±200 acre single family development located south of Onion Creek and west of Hwy 183. As part of this development, boundary street improvements were triggered on both Hwy 183 and Dee Gabriel Collins Road. In addition, a bridge crossing of Cottonmouth Creek was required, calling for a 220’ total span.
